As a UX Researcher, I have experience leading end-to-end research studies on both the client and consultant side. I collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the questions that need to be answered can be answered. I lead data collection, examine the data, summarize findings, uncover insights, provide recommendations, and partner with my teams to help improve those experiences for users to move the needle on user experience.

I've had the privilege of working on a variety of different products across several industries, including automotive, travel and hospitality, consumer goods, food and beverage, enterprise software, healthcare, and non-profits. I have experience working in B2B, including enterprise, and B2C environments. The products that I have worked on span physical and digital (and combination products).

I have experience hiring and growing teams, as well as training, coaching, and mentoring employees.
Beyond this, I also have experience managing a $500k Summer Camp program and public programming at a science museum (leading extensive strategy work for revenue growth) and building a teacher leadership program on a foundation of research literature and evaluation.

I've also written several grants, translated research jargon to actionable next steps, and more. I help enable teams to work at their best and work on the right things.
